  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 7 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping dates for these items will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's journey to you.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at Michelle@Ghoulsdelight.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Wrong Address: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
