Refund and Return Policy
At Ghouls Delight LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom or personalized products, and intimate or sanitary goods.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, you can choose to receive a refund to your original method of payment, or opt for store credit to be used on future purchases.
- Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment. Store credit will be issued within 5 business days after return approval.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are damaged or missing parts due to factors not caused by our error.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Michelle@Ghoulsdelight.com.
Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Lost or Stolen Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at Michelle@Ghoulsdelight.com.
